pfft... First of all, I used to think like that. If it's one thing that I have learned is that things aren't always as bad as people make it out to be (especially mac commercials). The biggest problem with vista is that it's not very user friendly at all and most people by some cheap $400 machine at walmart with 1MB of memory and vista included thinking eMachine or HP knows what there doing. When in fact the companies are just wanting to make money, even by putting Vista on a machine without sufficient memory to run the darn thing.
My point is people are stupid. I have had one minor problem with vista, and I am not even sure if it was actually a problem with Vista or HSU. I am a computer scientist, I am taking a class on operating systems, and I wanted vista for a reason. Next year the entire Comp. Sci. labs are switching to vista and I purposely done the same too. I am trying to stay consistant with the labs.

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and =Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Although `DEVlANT joined our community only a year ago, he's made sure to make his mark in as many ways as possible. Always eager to bring suggestions and feedback to us in a positive way, `DEVlANT shows a maturity way beyond his years. It's with great pleasure that we award very first Deviousness of 2010 t... If you're interested in art and music, Mac is awesome, but programming and video gaming: you wasted $1,000 or more on a computer.
